The Party of the Year

Meeting friends in this industry will always be my favorite thing about being a photographer. My friend Ally @raeonfilmphotography asked me to second shoot with her in Florida. Immediately got on a flight for this New Years Eve wedding and it truly did not disappoint. The night was filled with laughter and some seriously impressive dance moves. The combination of the wedding celebration and the New Year's countdown created an electrifying atmosphere that was simply unforgettable.

I loved that the bride incorporated a soft bodied mannequin for her dress instead of traditionally just using a hanger. The bridal suite was white and bright just how I like it. The venue as a whole was so classic and stunning. The Clay Theatre has it’s own little charm that photographed so well. I could tell this venue was thought out very well with photographers in mind.

The ceremony was small, intimate, and minimal in the best ways. The reception had one of my fav things… a checkered dance floor. I don’t know what it is maybe I just love how classic and fun they make the space but I’m a sucker for them.

Spending the day taking beautiful photos and capturing the sweetest memories while also getting to hang out with one of my best photo besties was seriously the best way I could imagine spending the New Year.
